The cold weather and frost have caused many pot holes.  I reported the pot holes in Churchdown Road (see photo)  in December.

Beware of the deep pot hole near the Railway Pub on the A449 Wells Road. I have requested that this deep hole is repaired urgently.

Landslide Victory for Lib Dems in Hallow

Dean Clarke (Lib Dem)   62%   505   votes     Elected

Nancy Doyle (conservative) 38%    314 votes

Hardworking local campaigner  Dean Clarke is now a Liberal Democrat District Councillor after gaining Hallow District Ward.  This victory represented a 17% swing away from the Tories.

New postbox Peachfield Rd; collection times plate replaced

Update Steve Brown has Written to Royal Mail asking them to install the white plate stating collection times. The plate has it now been installed!

After a long campaign by local residents and Steve Brown Royal Mail have finally replaced the Vandalised Post box in Peachfield Road.

Steve Brown has reported blocked drains in Court Road, Poolbrook Road, Westminster Road and Rothwell Road.  After the terrible flooding of 2007 it is important to remain vigilant for any drainage problems in our area.  If you observe any similar problems in your street please contact Steve Brown at steve4chase2009@hotmail.co.uk

Damage Caused by a Speeding Car near the Wyche Cutting.

For several months Steve Brown and Richard Burt have been conducting a Community Survey in Malvern Wells and Chase Wards.

Many Local residents were concerned about Speeding traffic in Wyche Road (see the photo), Wells Road, Peachfield Road, St. Andrews Road, Geraldine Road, and Court Road.  

I have contacted the local policing team to see what progress can be made on this issue.

Campaign for Street Sign Clean Up Success

Success all these street name plates have been cleaned and repaired.  Sorrel Way, Thorngrove Road, Knoll Lane and Christchurch Road and a damaged sign in Barnards Close (see photo above ).
